Warranty Service Scheduled Courier Pickup

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CONTINENTAL U.S. ADDRESSES

St. Croix has partnered with FedEx to provide you with a discounted shipping option to send your package to us. Under this option FedEx will pick up your package at either your home or place of business. Once you have completed your transaction you will be directed to a form to verify your information and click submit. FedEx is now scheduled to pick up your package. It's that simple.

You must return the entire rod, including broken parts. Include a note with your name, address, and telephone number. Include the appropriate payment for the service plan selected. (Refer to Silver Star, Gold Star, and Gold Star+Upgrade Plans on the Service & Warranty page.)

You must provide your own shipping container. Disposable shipping containers (cardboard tubes or boxes) are preferred.

THE FED EX DRIVER WILL HAVE THE SHIPPING LABEL WITH THEM. DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY SERVICE RETURN LABEL AS WELL AS THIS ONE.

Pickup cannot be scheduled for the same day as purchase or any weekends or holidays. Pickup for residential addresses cannot be scheduled for a specific time, FedEx will be arrive sometime between 8:00am and 5:00pm Tuesday through Friday. NO RESIDENTIAL PICK-UPS ON MONDAYS.
