*The ROD MODEL NUMBER is located on the rod shaft in the label area.

The serial number is located approximately 1" above the top of the handle, wrapping around the rod. It contains two letters followed by five numbers.

Rods without serial numbers were manufactured prior to 2000. Please contact St. Croix's Service Center at 800-826-7042, or service@stcroixrods.com to obtain a replacement tip guide for a rod built prior to 2000.
