You must provide the ROD MODEL and SERIAL NUMBERS in the fields below.

*The ROD MODEL NUMBER is located about 8 inches above the handle on the rod shaft in the label area.

The SERIAL NUMBER is located approximately 1" above the top of the handle, wrapping around the rod. It contains two letters followed by five numbers.

Rods without serial numbers were manufactured prior to 2000. We cannot process web orders for non-serial numbered rods. For these rods send your old guide, and the model number along with your complete mailing address and $5 payment in a padded envelope and we will match it with the closest available guide. Replacement guides are not available for any Ice Rods. If you need instructions on how to remove your old guide please contact the Service Department at 800-826-7042.
