St. Croix has partnered with FedEx to provide you with a discounted shipping option to send your package to us. With this option you can print a shipping label to send your rod to us. Once you have completed your transaction you will be directed to a form to verify your information, click submit, print your shipping label and write down your tracking number. Take your package and label to the nearest FedEx shipping point, it's that simple.
You must return the entire rod, including broken parts. Include a note with your name, address, and telephone number. Include the appropriate payment for the service plan selected. (Refer to Silver Star, Gold Star, and Gold Star+Upgrade Plans on the Service Warranty page.) You must provide your own shipping container. Please return your damaged rod in a disposable shipping container. We cannot guarantee that we will return your rod in the container that you used.
THIS SHIPPING LABEL IS STRICTLY TO RETURN YOUR BROKEN ST. CROIX ROD TO THE FACTORY. IT DOES NOT COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE TO GET YOUR ROD BACK TO YOU FROM ST. CROIX.
