Had to break through about 20 yards of thin ice to get to our spot where we caught this nice Northern before our Thanksgivng dinner.
Boated 50+ Northern over 30" this fall, one third of which were over 34". Most of mine were caught on my 6' Avid Light Action and my 6'2" bait caster. I fish exclusively St. Croix rods and most of my friends know they are not allowed in my boat with any other rod!
